Sapa – Muong Hoa Valley Trekking – Homestay (2Day 1Night)

Trekking tour through Lao Chai – Ta Van to Giang Ta Chai village, on the way you will learn more about the rice cultivation by very traditional methods, from when the seed sowed to harvested, until being served as cooked rice on your table. The trip offers an opportunity to meet Black Hmong, Giay and Red Dao minorities as well as explore their different cultures.

Day 1: Sapa – Muong Hoa vally trekking – Overnight in homestay

At 9:00 we pick you up at your hotel or at the Church then we start the tour at 9h30 by visiting the Sapa market, Sapa town and Sapa  Museum.

Our trekking tour will take you throughout the villages, terrace rice fields, visit some local families and local schools. Muong Hoa Valley is one of the most famous destinations for breathtaking scenery and is the largest farmland for rice growing in SaPa. Visiting Muong Hoa Valley, you will enjoy an easy walk downhill and along Muong Hoa River, through terraced fields passing some hamlets of the H’Mong people as Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, watching locals at work. The night you spend in Tavan village.The unique village in SaPa area where Giay minority live will be an excellent and remarkable experience This valley has terrece rice fields which is the most beautiful terraced fields of Sapa. Cross the suspension bridge, you will be visiting the village of weaving and dyeing cloth of the Hmong and exploring Muong Hoa valley. Lunch will be served on the way at local restaurant or at local family

Arrival in Homestay at 15h30. Keep the luggage in family then we explore the villages. Back to family at 17h00. Take a hot shower then join with family to prepare the dinner: like cooking class which arranged by family and us. After dinner, we sit together to have a cup of tea for chatting to know more about the local life and culturals.

Day 2: Homestay  – Giang Ta Chai – Supan1 – Sapa.

Wake up in the morning for breakfast, take a walk around the village to see the morning activities: trading products, local child go to schools…. Back to homestay to pack the luggage and continue trekking to other village as well as walk through a bamboo forest to Giang Ta Chai, a Red Dao ethnic minority village. Take a rest nearby a waterfall to refresh. Have lunch at local family Then start climbing uphill to a road where the car is ready for your journey back to Sapa. Take a room for shower and have a wallk around the town by your own for shopping, coffees. Ending of tour

Sapa – Taphin – Suoi Thau – Ta Giang Phinh – Ban Khoang – Waterfall – Sapa (3Days 2Nights)

This authentic homestay tour offered you touch to the real local life and have great trekking route. Trekking also will take you throughout many villages of Hmong and Red Dao people as well as away from tourists. On the way will see the most amazing view in Sapa as well.

Day 1: Sapa – Suoi Ho – Matra – Taphin homestay

At 9:30 we pick you up at your hotel or at the Church then walk to our office where you can keep big luggage here during the tour and then we start the tour by visiting Sapa market where you can see local ethnic exchange products and selling them for visitors…. Then we turn left to the path lead to Suoi Ho and Ma Tra villages, we trek through villages, valleys, rice terrace fields and see Black Hmong tribe. Have lunch on the way. Reach to homestay around 16:00. Keep your luggage in room and have walk around the village. Evening you will be joining with family to learn how to cook local foods (Cooking class) and enjoy the dinner with family. After dinner we have some a cup of tea/coffee to speak about the local life/you to know more about them.

Day 2: Taphin off the Beaten Track trekking – Phin Ho – Lu Khau – Suoi Thau – Authentic homestay

At 8:00 you wake up for breakfast and then we keep continue trekking. You will get to see the authentic lifestyle of local people as you walk along the footpaths. You will also get to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. After spending around half an hour, you will begin your uphill hike to get up and close with the natural wonders of Sapa. This 2.5 hours journey will take you thorough mountains, valleys, forests and terraced rice fields.

You will reach Phin Ho village which is located on the border of Ta Phin and Ban Khoang commune. The village offers you a panoramic view of Ban Khoang valley. You can enjoy the surroundings while relishing a delicious lunch with a local family.

After finishing lunch, you will walk downhill through the paddy fields to Lu Khau village, where you will be warmly welcomed by the Red Dao and Blue Hmong people. There is a salmon farm where you will experience the salmon up close.

Your trek will continue on a footpath to Suoi Thau village in the late afternoon. Here, you will check in with your Red Dao host for a night’s stay. You may interact with your Red Dao host, participate in cooking and appreciate the tasty local food. You may rest for the night after dinner.

Day 3: Suoi Thau – Gia Thau – Kim Ngan – Ta Giang Phinh – Sapa  – Hanoi.

At 7:00 In the morning, you will wake up to a cup of tea or coffee and get local breakfast, providing you with enough energy to start your trek. In the morning, you will take a short trek around Suoi Thau village where you may observe the daily life of the Red Dao people.

Next we will pass by Gia Thau village to view massive terraced rice fields. You will then reach Kim Ngan village. Here, you will enjoy a picnic with a local family and the spectacular natural beauty as the backdrop.

After lunch, you will follow a short uphill footpath to Ta Giang Phinh village to see rice fields and the Buddha’s Hand mountain. You will reach the center of Ta Giang Phinh village after another hour’s trek. Here you will visit the house of a local Blue Hmong to learn about the differences of the traditional customs and costume with the Red Dao and Black Hmong people. At 13:00 our car will pick you up and take you to visit Silverwater fall then transfer you back to our office at 15:30. Take a quick hot shower
